We hire individuals with industry related experience and the following backgrounds:

• Experience in analytical chemistry and physicochemical characterization of small molecules as they relate to the preformulation and formulation development of new drugs.
• Drug development experience with one or more formulation types: liquid, lyophilized, dispersed systems, solids, and/or semi-solids.
• Technical expertise with HPLC and LC-MS systems.
• Well developed written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Chemistry or related field and a history of academic excellence.
