Tissue Analysis

WLI is experienced in extracting test compound from tissues (brain, eyes, liver, lungs, etc.) in support of in vivo studies and performs the analysis using state-of-the-art LC/MS/MS instrumentation. We analyze tissues prepared and supplied directly by clients and can also coordinate the in-life studies through collaborations with independent animal facilities to obtain samples of interest that we prepare and analyze. WLI provides pharmacokinetic evaluation using WinNonlin® for the determination of standard PK parameters using non-compartmental analysis.
