Biological Fluid Sample Analysis

As part of our bioanalysis and pharmacokinetic services, Wolfe Laboratories measures test compound levels in biological fluids such as blood, plasma, urine, bile and cerebrospinal fluid, in support of in vivo studies using state-of-the-art LC-MS/MS instrumentation. We analyze client supplied biological samples and can also coordinate the in-life studies through collaborations with independent animal facilities. WLI provides pharmacokinetic evaluation using WinNonlin® for the determination of standard PK parameters using non-compartmental analysis.
