Biological Fluid Sample Analysis

Wolfe Labs measures test compound levels in biological fluids such as blood, plasma, urine, bile and cerebrospinal fluid, in support of in vivo studies using state-of-the-art LC/MS/MS instrumentation. We analyze client supplied biological samples and can also coordinate the in-life studies through collaborations with independent animal facilities. WLI provides pharmacokinetic evaluation using WinNonlin® for the determination of standard PK parameters using non-compartmental analysis.
