We know that our strength is in our people, so after joining our team, training is an on-going process at Wolfe Laboratories. After joining the company, our team members participate in formal laboratory-based training programs. To ensure that the technical staff stay current, scientific team members present relevant primary research literature in the company’s seminar program and participate in short courses and other regularly scheduled formal training programs. Select employees are encouraged to earn an advanced degree with the University of Kansas Distance Master’s Program in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

We hire individuals with industry related experience and the following backgrounds:

Experience in analytical chemistry and physicochemical characterization of small molecules as they relate to the preformulation and formulation development of new drugs.

Drug development experience with one or more formulation types: liquid, lyophilized, dispersed systems, solids, and/or semi-solids.

Technical expertise with HPLC and LC-MS systems.

Well developed written and oral communication skills.

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Chemistry or related field and a history of academic excellence.
